How refunds work for billboards, products, and giveaways on TagSpot.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to eligible purchases as defined below. Certain promotional or digital-only items may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Billboards
If a purchased billboard slot cannot be fulfilled due to a platform issue, we will either provide an alternative slot of similar value or issue a refund upon request.
Products
For physical products, refunds or replacements may be provided for damaged, defective, or undelivered items. For digital products, refunds are generally not available once access or download is delivered.
Process
To request a refund, contact support@tagspot.in with your order ID, purchase date, and reason. We may request supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage).
Timelines
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the stated policy.
